Joining hands with the Partners worldwide, USA, we worked closely and vigorously to empower women by helping them set-up a sustainable livelihood. The importance for improvement of rural women conditions and status is a well known fact. Moreover, financial dependency on family members further depreciates women’s status. With the aim to economically empower women, we promote Piggery Farming over 50 women in the Rural site of Aizawl. This project was initiated from 2019. This initiative is believe to increase women’s self-confidence, better status and role in household.
