Rhema For The Nation- Piggery Project
Joining hands with the Partners worldwide, Rhema Asia and IC we worked closely and vigorously to empower women by helping them set-up a sustainable livelihood. The importance for improvement of rural women's conditions and status is a well known fact. Moreover, financial dependency on family members further depreciates women’s status. With the aim to economically empower women, we promote Piggery Farming over 70 women in the Rural site of Aizawl.
This project was initiated in 2019 with the vision of boosting women's self-confidence and enhancing their status and roles within the household.
